In the event that you need to return any of your items, the following terms and conditions apply:


Full price

Items that were purchased at full price (excluding buy now pay later payments) or with a welcome code can be returned for a refund within 7 days, or a store credit within 14. The return window commences from date of delivery to when it is scanned in with australia post.



Items that were purchased on sale, with a promo code, or with a buy now pay later option can be returned for a store credit or size/colour exchange within 14 days unless the item is marked as final sale.

In the case of final sale items, a size exchange only will be provided where possible.



Full price items which have been exchanged will be eligible for a store credit only.



Due to hygiene standards, items that are not able to be returned include jewellery and hair accessories.



Returning your order 

Step 1: Please log into your BELLA n’ BEAR account and request a return under ‘orders’. This can also be achieved by clicking through from your order confirmation email.

Step 2: Once you have requested your return, place your items into a secure shipping parcel along with the returns slip that came with it. Please ensure that your items are packed securely.

BELLA n' BEAR is not liable for the loss or damage of items being returned.

We recommend using a traceable delivery method and holding onto the tracking number.

Please note shipping charges are non-refundable and the charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

For size exchange on all final sale items, a flat $10.00 shipping charge is to be paid by the customer before the exchange is processed and shipped.



 Conditions of return

1. Items must be in an unworn, unwashed, and unused condition with the original tags still attached. Please be careful when trying on your items, if returned with blemishes, stains, or odours they will not be accepted and returned back to the sender no refund or store credit will be processed;

2. Items must be returned in the original packaging, which must be in the original condition, including sealed boxes, branded dust bags and shoe boxes; and

3. Final sale items are unable to be returned for a refund, a size exchange will be provided where possible.



What if my item is faulty?  

In the unfortunate case that you may receive a faulty item, don't worry, BELLA n' BEAR's returns policy does not outweigh your rights under Australian consumer law. 

While we make every effort to ensure your item is perfect before it is sent your way, if your item has a minor fault, we will gladly have the item repaired for you. If it does happen to have a major fault you can choose whether you would like to receive a replacement or a refund for the faulty item.


How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Once your return is received by us, please allow up to 5 business days for it to be processed.


What if i used a store credit and paid the balance on my card?

When a gift-card/store-credit is applied to you order and a split payment is made; in the case of a return, the gift-card/store-credit will be re-loaded first and then any additional funds will be refunded, or a store credit will be issued in accordance with our returns policy.
