How does BELLA n' BEAR ship online orders?

All Domestic orders are shipped with Australia Post.

All International orders are shipped with Australia Post and handed off to your local domestic carrier once they reach the destination country.

Orders placed before 2pm AEDT are dispatched the same day Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays (NSW).

Same day delivery orders are collected and delivered by our incredible partner carrier GoPeople.

What is the cost of shipping?

Orders under $150 AUD will incur $10 flat rate standard shipping.

Orders over $150 AUD will receive free standard shipping.

While most of our express post customers receive their order the next morning please note that this is an estimate and once we have handed your parcel over to Australia Post we cannot guarantee the delivery date or time.

Dispatch is from our Alexandria warehouse and usually delivered by 5pm. If you place your order after 11:30am, on a weekend, or a NSW public holiday your order will be delivered the next business day. 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched by our warehouse you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

You are also able to log into your customer account and find your tracking information from within your order there.

Please note: It may take a few hours for your tracking number to update with its location.

Do I have to pay international duties and taxes?

BELLA n' BEAR is not responsible for any additional duties or taxes that may be incurred once the parcel is within the customers own country.

When applicable, once your parcel arrives in your country, you will be contacted regarding any duties and taxes may be owed. Once paid, your parcel will be released and delivered to you.

If any duties and taxes remain unpaid, the order will be automatically returned to our warehouse and a store credit less any fees and shipping costs incurred by BELLA n' BEAR will be issued.

BELLA n' BEAR is not responsible for any orders that have been declared as abandoned by the customer or rejected at customs.

Can I cancel my order?

At BELLA n' BEAR, we’re dedicated to getting your order out the door as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your items without delay! While we do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, we may not always be able to do so. If you find that you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as you can, and we’ll do everything we can to help. If your order has already been processed or dispatched, no worries! Delivery is limited to a 50km radius of our warehouse.

Does BELLA n' BEAR offer click and collect?

Yes! We love to help out our customers any way we can and quick pickup times are one of them.

Collection is from our Alexandria NSW warehouse.

When will my order be ready to collect?

Please allow at least 1 hour for your order to be picked and packed for you. You will receive an email with pickup instructions from us once it is ready for collection.

Collection is from 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

Can I come in and try things on at the warehouse?

We hear you and we're working on it!

Unfortunately, as of right now however, we do not have a space for customers to try pieces on.

What is your return policy?

In the event that you need to return any of your items, the following terms and conditions apply:

 

Full price

Items that were purchased at full price (excluding buy now pay later payments and previously exchanged items) or with a welcome code can be returned for a refund within 7 days, or a store credit within 14. The return window commences from date of delivery to when it is scanned in with Australia Post.

 

Sale

Items that were purchased on sale, with a promo code, or with a buy now pay later option can be returned for a store credit or size/colour exchange within 14 days unless the item is marked as final sale.

In the case of final sale items, a size exchange only will be provided where possible.

Store credits are valid for 12 months from date of issue.

 

Exchanges

Full price items which have been exchanged will be eligible for a store credit only.

 

Exclusions

Due to hygiene standards, items that are not able to be returned include jewellery and hair accessories.

Conditions of return

1. Items must be in an unworn, unwashed, and unused condition with the original tags still attached. Please be careful when trying on your items, if returned with blemishes, stains, or odours they will not be accepted and returned back to the sender no refund or store credit will be processed;

2. Items must be returned in the original packaging, which must be in the original condition, including sealed boxes, branded dust bags and shoe boxes; and

3. Final sale items are unable to be returned for a refund, a size exchange will be provided where possible.

My item isn't quite right how do I make a return?

Step 1: Please log into your BELLA n’ BEAR account and request a return under ‘orders’. This can also be achieved by clicking through from your order confirmation email.

Step 2: Once you have requested your return, place your items into a secure shipping parcel along with the returns slip that came with it. Please ensure that your items are packed securely.

While we make every effort to ensure your item is perfect before it is sent your way, if your item has a minor fault, we will gladly have the item repaired for you. If it does happen to have a major fault you can choose whether you would like to receive a replacement or a refund for the faulty item.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Once your return is received by us, please allow up to 5 business days for it to be processed.

What if i used a store credit and paid the balance on my card?

When a gift-card/store-credit is applied to you order and a split payment is made; in the case of a return, the gift-card/store-credit will be re-loaded first and then any additional funds will be refunded, or a store credit will be issued in accordance with our returns policy.
