Delivery Options and Cut-offs
Orders placed before 2pm AEDT are dispatched the same day Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays (NSW).
Click and collect is available between 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Collection is from our Alexandria NSW warehouse. If you place your order overnight please expect your order to be ready for collection by 11am the next business day.
Same day delivery is available at checkout on orders placed before 11:30am Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Dispatch is from our Alexandria warehouse. Prices calculated at checkout. If you place your order order after 11:30am, on a weekend, or a NSW public holiday your order will be delivered the next business day.
International orders that are returned to sender will be refunded, less any shipping costs incurred by BELLA n' BEAR.
