Returns
Changed your mind? No problem. Most full-price pieces can be returned for a refund within 7 days, or a store credit within 14.
What is your return policy?
Full price
Items that were purchased at full price (excluding buy now pay later payments and previously exchanged items) or with a welcome code can be returned for a refund within 7 days, or a store credit within 14. The return window commences from date of delivery to when it is scanned in with Australia Post.
Sale & outlet
Items that were purchased on sale, with a promo code, or with a buy now pay later option can be returned for a store credit or size exchange (where available) within 14 days unless the item is marked as final sale.
In the case of final sale items, a size exchange only will be provided where possible.
Store credits are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
Condition of return
Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags and packaging attached. For hygiene reasons, jewellery and hair accessories can't be returned.
My item isn't quite right how do I make a return?
Log into your BELLA n' BEAR account and request a return under "Orders" - or click through from your order confirmation email. Pack your items securely in their original packaging and send them back using a tracked service.
What if my item is faulty?
We're sorry to hear it. Email us with your order number and a photo of the fault and we'll make it right.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
Once your return arrives with us, please allow 3 – 5 business days for it to be assessed and processed. You'll receive an email as soon as it's done.
Whos' responsibility is the return?
Return postage is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend a tracked service. BELLA n' BEAR isn't liable for parcels lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Final-sale size exchanges incur a flat $10 return shipping fee.

Do I have to pay international duties and taxes?
Import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout for most destinations, so there's usually nothing to pay on arrival. If a charge is ever missed, any duties or taxes billed by your local carrier are the customer's responsibility and payable before the parcel is released.
Can I cancel my order?
We move fast to get orders out the door, so cancellation isn't always possible - but reach out as soon as you can and we'll do everything we can to help.

Same Day Delivery
Need it today? Same-day delivery is available for eligible Sydney metro postcodes.
Does BELLA n' BEAR offer same day delivery?
Yes! for eligible Sydney metro postcodes. Eligibility and pricing are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 11:30am Monday to Friday will be delivered the same day by 7pm.
If you place your order after 11:30am, on a weekend, or a NSW public holiday your order will be delivered the next business day.
Note: Once collected by our carrier partner, orders are usually delivered within an hour. Please allow up to 4 hours as some deliveries may take additional time based on your location or other factors.
I can't see the Same Day Delivery option at checkout, what do I do?
Same day only shows for eligible postcodes within our delivery window. If you don't see it, your address may be outside the zone or past today's cut-off.

Click & Collect
Collect your order from our Sydney showroom in Alexandria. Prefer to shop with us in person? You're always welcome by appointment.
Does BELLA n' BEAR offer click and collect?
Yes. Choose Click & Collect at checkout and we'll email you as soon as your order is ready to collect from our Alexandria boutique.
What is the address for Click & Collect?
Our showroom is in Alexandria, NSW. The full address and collection details are included in your ready-to-collect email.
When will my order be ready to collect?
Please allow at least 2 hours for your order to be picked and packed for you. We'll email you the moment yours is ready.
Collection is from 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding NSW public holidays)
Can I come in and try things on at the warehouse?
Absolutely - we'd love to style you. Private fittings are available by appointment at our Sydney showroom, where we'll have new arrivals and your sizes ready and waiting. Book a private fitting below to choose a time that suits you.
